Sonanokaloid (そーなのかロイド, Sōnanokaroido), or Rumialoid, is a UTAU that relies on Rumia's “Is that so?” (そーなのかー, Sōnanoka) phrase. The original version was made back in 2009, but a newer version was made around 2016.¹⁾

The original Sonanokaloid was made by “Nemui Uryū” (眠井 有流), named “Aruru” (あるるー) at the time, who took the “Sonanoka” from Chibatami's flash game, Sonanoka♪, and proceeded to follow the Hammer Man's footsteps with it. A newer version of Sonanokaloid was later developed in 2016 which extends the vocabulary through pitch shifting and give off the illusion that the sentences flow more naturally.
