Homestuck General (HSG)1) was a series of Homestuck threads which sat on 4chan's /co/ board until June 27, 2014,2) placing all /co/ threads about Homestuck under heavy, unspoken restrictions.3) The history of the community has splintered hard since then.

It should be noted that /vg/ didn't exist until 2012 and that general discussion threads were abbreviated as capital letters (e.g. GFG, MLPG, etc.) instead of the pseudo-board abbreviations used today.

Homestuck threads are somewhat allowed on 4chan's /co/ board, but only one thread per update is allowed and threads are heavily monitored to prevent Homestuck General from happening once more.
