IIchansk presidential election
The “IIchansk presidential election” (Выборы президента Ычанска) was an IIchan parody election that was initially held during the 2008 Russian presidential election on March 2, 2008. There have been attempts to hold new elections, but they aren't as notable as the first.1)

Results
A total of 98 valid votes were counted for the 2008 IIchansk presidential election. For some reason, despite the fact that Russia's federal elections can be two rounds if an absolute majority isn't found, we appear to have a controversial case of first-past-the-post voting where Suiseiseki became the President of IIchansk. There were talks about holding a stricter, second round, but the ideas wasn't well-received.

Reactions
The “Sage Revolution” (Шалфейная революция)3) was a direct response to the election that began on August 20, 2008, calling for the overthrow of President Suiseiseki after the 265000 GET was taken. It was chronicled by a Lenta-chan parody page.4) However, the commotion subsided by midnight and the revolution failed with Suiseiseki supporters continuing to bump the thread.
Ever since, there have been many attempts to start a new election in IIchansk, but people insist that these attempts are inferior to the original election in 2008 and the conversation usually ends there.5) The most notable attempt is the 2014 elections that were held after Suiseiseki was overthrown6)7) and Remilia Scarlet became the interim ruler until the next elections were held on September 21, 2014.8)9)
Notes
- Suiseiseki's catchphrase, “desu” (です), is just “desu” (десу) in Russian.
- I can't decipher how the 2014 election was calculated, but in the end, “UVAO-chan” (ЮВАО-тян)10) had narrowly beat “Fujiwara no Mokou” (Фудзивара-но Моко) in another FPTP election.
