Pugyā (プギャー) is a simple kaomoji for pointing and laughing, obviously ridiculing the intended target. The name stems from 'pugera' (プゲラ), a portmanteau of 'pupupu' (プププ) and 'geragera' (ゲラゲラ)1) that allegedly developed on 2channel around 2004.
