This is a list of breast-specific tags for Touhou Project characters. Most will involve the character being depicted with a large bust, but there is also a number of flat-chested tags out there. For the most part, ZUN states that the characters resemble teenage girls,¹⁾ so they wouldn't have breasts.²⁾ He also states that their child-like personalities help shape Gensokyo's atmosphere.³⁾ Uniform with other anime and manga, the characters don't really age,⁴⁾ but it has been mentioned that the some characters can stunt growth for enteral life (e.g. Remilia)⁵⁾ or change their forms (e.g. Wriggle, Suwako, Nue).⁶⁾⁷⁾

It should also be noted that ZUN often uses “kodomo” (子供) or “shoujo” (少女) as descriptors, almost never calling them a “loli” (ロリ) or “lolita” (ロリータ).⁸⁾⁹⁾ All technicalities aside, some semi-official artists have a tendency to make certain characters look more mature, such as Yuugi,¹⁰⁾ Kasen, and Byakuren,¹¹⁾ then you could make an argument that Seiga and Junko are technically widows.

• Mitori Kawashiro, a fake character invented by /news4vip/, has the "Mitopai" (みとぱい) tag.
