Saito Matanki
Saito Matanki (斉藤またんき, Saitō Matanki) is an AA character that was invented by a /news4vip/ user on May 5, 2005 to be the most annoying character,1) but never became widely known despite his extremely versatile appearance. Also, Tamanki is “Kintama” (金玉) reversed.
He has a head with cat ears, a unique facial expression (unrelated to Morala), usually flaps his arms to “fly”, and has legs that make an “O” shape. Most users would make his aloof expression utter some annoying phrase and sarcastic remark to the point where he was considered vandalism for it. In certain scenarios, he'll may end up getting shot in the head by Kawaisosu.
