Saitō Matanki (斉藤またんき) is an intentionally 'annoying' AA character, which was created by /news4vip/ users on May 5, 2005.¹⁾ Despite their detailed profile and sharp tongue, there's really not much to this character. In the end, he may get sniped by Kawaisosu.

• His name is a play on Tamaki Saitō, a psychologist noted for his research and criticisms of 'otaku' culture, while also being an obvious reversal of 'kintama' (金玉, lit. “golden jewels”) or 'testicles'.
• While his facial expression appears similar to Morala, you can see that his left eye is slightly dislocated.
• Ironically, he isn't very annoying, despite the spam, and some would call him cute.
